The true beauty of a Man­dala Cus­tom Home is its genius of con­struc­tion. The pre­fab­ri­cated home sys­tem means that wall pan­els, floor and roof com­po­nents are pre-built at our fac­tory, then shipped to you as a Home Pack­age for on-site set-up.

A SOLID FOUNDATION

Man­dala Cus­tom Homes (MCH) round homes are designed to inte­grate with all foun­da­tion sys­tems includ­ing Insu­lated Con­crete Form (ICF), slab floor, post and pier, stem wall or a full base­ment foun­da­tion (The Foun­da­tion is not included in the home pack­age cost and is not pro­vided by MCH).

Mandala’s fac­tory built con­struc­tion uses the finest qual­ity wood prod­ucts, sourced pri­mar­ily from the forests of British Colum­bia, Canada. Mate­ri­als and prod­ucts are selected based on strength, dura­bil­ity, energy effi­ciency, tox­i­c­ity, sus­tain­abil­ity and beauty.

SET-UP AND FINISHING

Man­dala Cus­tom Homes rec­om­mends you engage the ser­vices of a Gen­eral Con­trac­tor to coor­di­nate the set-up and fin­ish­ing of your Man­dala Home. We can refer a Set-up Coor­di­na­tor to work in col­lab­o­ra­tion with your Gen­eral Con­trac­tor at the site to over­see the set-up of your Man­dala Home. The Set-Up Coor­di­na­tor is an inde­pen­dent con­trac­tor who has expe­ri­ence set­ting up the Man­dala Home package.

Once set-up, the Man­dala Pre-Designed Home Kit or Cus­tom Designed Home Kit makes a com­plete weather tight shell, fin­ished to the exte­rior with a fin­ished ceiling.
