The true beauty of a Mandala Custom Home is its genius of construction. The prefabricated home system means that wall panels, floor and roof components are pre-built at our factory, then shipped to you as a Home Package for on-site set-up.

A SOLID FOUNDATION

Mandala Custom Homes (MCH) round homes are designed to integrate with all foundation systems including Insulated Concrete Form (ICF), slab floor, post and pier, stem wall or a full basement foundation (The Foundation is not included in the home package cost and is not provided by MCH).

QUALITY BUILDING PRODUCTS

Mandala's factory built construction uses the finest quality wood products, sourced primarily from the forests of British Columbia, Canada. Materials and products are selected based on strength, durability, energy efficiency, toxicity, sustainability and beauty.

SET-UP AND FINISHING

Mandala Custom Homes recommends you engage the services of a General Contractor to coordinate the set-up and finishing of your Mandala Home. We can refer a Set-up Coordinator to work in collaboration with your General Contractor at the site to oversee the set-up of your Mandala Home. The Set-Up Coordinator is an independent contractor who has experience setting up the Mandala Home package.

Once set-up, the Mandala Pre-Designed Home Kit or Custom Designed Home Kit makes a complete weather tight shell, finished to the exterior with a finished ceiling.
